SBC RULES:

• RV $50.00 per night (party of four) $3 per additional person over 10yr.  $45.00 per night for stays over 7 nights.  Creek side sites are an additional $10 per night.
  
• Monthly RV : $750 creekside/$650 off creek (includes all utilities)  
  
• ​Seasonal Sites : Limited spaces, call for pricing. 
  
• ​3.5% Credit Card processing fee. ​
  

2026 PRICING:

• Clean up after your pets
• NO cigarette butts even in firerings
  
• Pets must be on a leash
• No fireworks
• Fires must be in a fire ring /no burning trash
• No excessive noise or light after 10PM
• Golf carts and SXS welcome (OBEY SPEED LIMIT)
• No littering
• Respect your neighbor
• SPEED LIMIT 5MPH
